Robert Mueller discredited himself and his orchestrated Russiagate investigation  last week (Friday, February 16, 2018) with his charges that 13 Russians and 3 Russian companies plotted to use social media to influence the 2016 election. Their intent, Mueller says, was to “sow discord in the US political system.” What pathetic results to come from a 9 month investigation   Note that the hyped Russian hacking of Hillary’s emails that we have heard about every day is nowhere to be found in Mueller’s charges.  In its place there is “use of social media to sow discord.” I mean, really! Last year one of my new years resolution was to cook more home-cook meals and I gotta say I kept my resolution well into the new year. I cooked just about every week , twice a week and have come to enjoy it . But this year I decided to  challenge myself in an area I have never challenged myself in.  As a lacto -pescatarian, I rely heavily on dairy for a good portion of my  protein.  So I decided for this year’s resolution I will go non- dairy at least three times a week minimum. So to get a jump start on things, I’ve been looking into different alternative milks products to see which one is the best fit for me.  My mid-morning snack at work usually consist of yogurt and nuts and depending on the brand I can easily get about 13 grams in protein, so I wanted to keep whatever I choose  in that ball park. The new year brings with it an opportunity for change. I feel especially energized for 2018; I can’t wait to get to work on my goals for  Blissmakes!   However, I also have some health goals I want to achieve, such as eating more nutrient-dense foods.
